Founded in 2019, Starks Technology Services (STS) helps assist with IT certifications to help individuals get into the tech world, Network Infrastructure where we set up and maintain your connectivity and wireless needs. We provide cybersecurity solutions to protect your data from attacks.

Our mission is to provide solutions & services to our clients which are designed to maximize their return on investments to help increase revenue. Our core values are determination, dedication, discipline, authenticity, & integrity to be successful. Our goal is to provide a service that will ensure our customers pass their IT certifications and help staff them in jobs.

We are a company that supports federal, state, and local government, private for-profit and non-profit clients.

Bryan Starks

Bryan Starks is the Founder and CEO of Starks Technology Services. A United States Army veteran, Bryan brings more than 15 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and technology training. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity, and industry certifications including Security+, Cloud+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Administrator, Ethical Hacking, CySA+, PenTest+, and SecAI. Through Starks Technology Services, Bryan helps individuals and organizations gain the skills, confidence, and certifications needed to succeed in the technology industry. His mission is built on the 3 D’s: Determination, Dedication, and Discipline.

Mike Crosby

Mike Crosby is the Chief Technology Officer of Starks Technology Services, where he focuses on building and strengthening IT infrastructure for businesses, organizations, and training environments. With a strong technical background, he supports the design, planning, and implementation of reliable network systems, secure technology environments, and scalable infrastructure solutions. His role includes helping organizations improve connectivity, system performance, cybersecurity readiness, and overall technology operations. Through his leadership, Mike helps Starks Technology Services deliver dependable IT solutions that support business growth, workforce development, and long-term digital success.

Dwayne Viers serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Starks Technology Services, where he supports business operations, strategic planning, organizational growth, and service delivery. A United States Navy veteran, Dwayne helps ensure the company delivers high-quality technology, cybersecurity, consulting, and training solutions. His leadership focuses on strengthening internal operations, supporting clients, and expanding the company’s impact through workforce development and professional training programs. Through his role, Dwayne helps Starks Technology Services prepare individuals and organizations with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s technology-driven environment.

Kaye Wade

Kaye Wade serves as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Starks Technology Services, where she focuses on compliance, governance, risk management, and policy alignment. She supports organizations in understanding regulatory requirements, strengthening internal controls, and preparing for audits and cybersecurity readiness assessments.


Through her leadership, Kaye helps ensure that Starks Technology Services delivers solutions that align with industry standards, security best practices, and organizational accountability. Her work supports the company’s mission to help businesses operate securely, responsibly, and with confidence.
